A 318-acre mixed-use development proposed for east Kyle has secured a key go-ahead from Kyle City Council.
Rastegar Property Company LLC on Oct. 19 received unanimous approval from Council to rezone the property for the development at 700 and 800 Bunton Lane. The company has previously said it hopes to begin construction next summer on the project, which will include single-family and multifamily housing, park space, trail connections and gathering spaces, including at least one restaurant.
